We offer a number of culinary services to our clients. As a recognized Wine Chef and Certified Sommelier, CellarDoorBrad assist wineries with wine and food pairing, recipe development and onsite culinary events. Brad teaches a class at least once a month at area wineries as well as the La Maison de Falaise cooking school near Yakima.
Wine sells best when you can taste it. It isn’t always possible to taste a wine at the point of sale so we rely on words to describe what’s in the bottle. We offer custom wine descriptions for your wines that are crafted to match your brand, your target market and your winery personality. With hundreds of wine descriptions under our belt, we offer unique and creative ways to tell your story. If the culinary connection is desired for your labels or shelf takers, we include the option of food and wine paring suggestions too!
