C & C Vintage Cellars of Grandview has obtained their TTB and WSLCB approvals and is preparing to open their new tasting room in Prosser on Historic 6th Street. They were one of our first TTB clients and were approved in less than 90 calendar days. Congratulations Carly and Connie on the new venture. It has been a busy few weeks here at Cellar Door Consultants. Several new websites are in the works or have gone live recently. Here is a summary of some of that work.

• The Sunnyside Community Hospital Foundation announced today that it has selected Cellar Door to design their new website and assist with establishing their Social Media presence. Preliminary work has already started with installation of their site begins on Monday. Visitors will be bale to contribute donations to the foundation, learn the latest news and information and subscribe to notifications about events and foundation opportunities.
• The Walter Clore Foundation contacted us a few months back. They needed a bit of a face lift for the foundation site to incorporate their branding and foundation community with images, event management and subscription processes. With a couple of successful event under their belt, the site has proven its value as a communication vehicle for foundation activities and information sharing.
• We have just begun work on the new Silk Fashion Lounge in Richland.  The site was installed today with the content management system and email configuration completed, content and imagery are next on the list. Keep an eye on this one, some fun image display options are in the works.
• The Grandview Chamber of Commerce website has been live for a few months now and is increasing traffic to Grandview’s site 10 fold over the last few weeks. The site is currently being configured for Phase Two of the site improvements for listing Chamber member businesses and offering business advertising options for their members. The site also won a Community Enhancement Award from the City of Grandview for the month of July for the work on the Alive Downtown Project communication.

Chandler Reach Winery gets Website Makeover

Chandler Reach Winery near Benton City, Washington has just gone live with their newly re-designed website with the assistance of Cellar Door Consultants and proved that it is possible to save money and gain functionality at the same time.

Like many companies that were early adopters of technology, Chandler Reach found themselves in a dilemma.  They had gotten a website up and running in the early days of their business and over time it had gotten a bit cumbersome to manage. The site had been managed by several editors and had a variety of styles and files. The General Manager, Shelbey turned to Cellar Door Consultants to help her disentangle years of accumulated website information and come up with a plan to simplify the management of their website.

Within a very short time and with a bit of detective work, we were able to locate the their domain registration along with the actual website hosting locations (yes there was more than one). We disentangled all the crossed wires and redeployed the website in a modernized, web based content management system.

Shelbey is now able to edit the website content with her browser, from anywhere in the world. She can now edit her online event calendar, upload images, add pages, time content publishing for future dates and save nearly 70% of her monthly hosting fees.
